Refund & Cancellation Policy
How to cancel a Nelix Silicon Lab plan, and when you can get your money back.
Cancel any time
Open Plan, then Manage billing, and cancel. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again. Your projects, designs and results are kept.
14-day refund
If you are not happy, ask for a full refund within 14 days of: the first payment of a plan; the payment for a yearly renewal; or buying a top-up pack you have not used.
Monthly renewals after the first month, and top-up credits you have already used, are not refunded, unless your local law requires it.
How to ask
E-mail info@nelix.io from the address of your Nelix account, with the date of the payment. We answer within 5 working days. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with; your bank may take a few days to show it.
What happens after a refund
Refunded top-up: its credits are removed. Refunded plan payment: the plan ends at once and your account moves to the Free plan. Your projects and results are kept.
University and Enterprise
Refunds and cancellation for University and Enterprise plans follow the written agreement with Nelix.
Your rights
This policy does not take away any right your local consumer law gives you.
